Bokningsvillkor

In-/Utcheckning:

Incheckning: 15:00 - 20:00

Utcheckning: 11:00

Bokningen är bindande så snart den är bekräftad, muntligen eller skriftligen av Hotellet, oavsett om du betalar något eller inte vid detta tillfälle.

Avbokning:

Vid avbokning senast 1 dygn före ankomstdatum debiteras ingen avgift.

Avbokning skall ske senast kl. 18.00 dagen före ankomst.

Uteblir gästen utan avbokning eller

avbokar senare än kl. 18.00 ska gästen betala för det första bokade dygnet av hela den totala bokningen, som är registrerad i hotellets bokningssystem.

Om hotellet haft särskilda kostnader med anledning av gästens vistelse ska gästen ersätta hotellet dessa.

Rökfritt Hotell:

För allas trivsel är hela hotellet rökfritt.

Rökning inomhus medför en saneringskostnad på 6000,- SEK som debiteras gästen.

Rökning är självklart tillåtet utomhus.

Djurfritt hotell:

Man får inte ha med husdjur in i hotellet.

Check-in/Check-out:

Check-in: 15:00 - 20:00

Check out: 11:00

The booking is binding as soon as it is confirmed, verbally or in writing, by the Hotel, regardless of whether or not you pay anything at this time.

Cancellation:

In case of cancellation no later than 1 day before the arrival date, no fee is charged.

Cancellation must take place no later than 18.00 the day before arrival.

If the guest does not show up without cancellation or

cancel later than 18.00 the guest must pay for the first booked day of the entire total booking, which is registered in the hotel's booking system.

If the hotel incurred special costs due to the guest's stay, the guest must reimburse the hotel for these.

Non-Smoking Hotel:

For everyone's comfort, the entire hotel is non-smoking.

Smoking indoors entails a clean-up cost of SEK 6,000, which is charged to the guest.

Smoking is of course allowed outdoors.

Pet-free hotel:

You are not allowed to bring pets into the hotel.
